Pressure Washing Website Design: How to Win More Local Jobs
Anyone can buy a pressure washer, and a lot of people do. That's the real problem for an established company: homeowners can't easily tell you apart from someone who started last month. Your website is where you make that difference obvious.
1. A Page for Each Surface You Clean
People search for the specific thing they want clean: "driveway cleaning," "roof cleaning," "house washing," "pool deck cleaning." One page listing everything won't rank for any of them. Give each service its own page that says what you do, what it typically costs, and how long it takes.
- House washing
- Roof cleaning
- Driveways and sidewalks
- Pool decks, patios and pavers, including sealing if you offer it
- Pool cages and screen enclosures
- Fences, docks and decks
2. Explain Soft Washing
Homeowners have heard that high pressure can damage roofs and siding, and they're right to worry. Asphalt shingle manufacturers generally recommend low-pressure cleaning for roofs. If you soft wash, explain it in plain words: what it is, which surfaces you use it on, and why it's safer. That one section answers the biggest objection people have before they call.
3. Before-and-After Photos Sell This Trade
Few trades have results as visual as this one. A split photo of a driveway half-cleaned does more selling than any paragraph. Use your own jobs, label the surface and the city, and put them on each service page, not just in one gallery.
4. Show Insurance and How You Protect Their Property
This is where you separate yourself from the low-ball competition. Say that you carry general liability insurance and offer a certificate on request. Then explain how you protect plants, cars, windows and screens during the job. Homeowners worry about damage more than price.
Florida Grows Things on Everything
Mildew, algae and black roof streaks come back fast in Florida humidity. A short page on maintenance plans, like a house wash every year or roofs every couple of years, turns one-off jobs into repeat customers.
5. Quote Requests With Photos
Let people send a few photos with their quote request. You can often price a driveway or house wash from photos and an address without driving out, which saves you hours and gets them an answer faster than the competition.
